I called Green Hill Apartments today, 989-832-3641 (contact:Jill) to find out the criteria for residence there.
Income: 1 person, $22,600/year (Note: Savings interest counts as income)
Age: 62 years or older, handicapped or disabled
Assets: Office was not aware of limits on assets, if any
Rent: 30% of income
As we move forward, there may be more questions that need to be answered, but this provides the basics to start with.
